It depends on the use and the floor type, but usually we recommend changing the squeegee rubber strip every 6 months. The front vacuum bag: in clean areas 3-4 months, in dirty areas 2-3 months. For the brush pad change every 1 to 2 weeks.
Maintenance depends on many factors, however for a daily maintenance, we recommend cleaning the water tank, clean the mop (depend on the floor situation), clean the squeegee and inside the water tank, clean the area near the clean water open space and clean the suction motor filter with a brush.
Yes, it is currently under development.
It will take 3 hours for the battery to charge from 0-100%. The battery we use is LiFePO4 and it’s also called “Lithium iron phosphate”. Compared to traditional Li-ion batteries, the battery we use is with higher safety and it has longer recycled life. Since this battery is of higher safety, that’s why our customers from high-tech industries request this kind of battery in their production facility/warehouse.
Ideally, our robot can be continuously operating for 3 hours, and total cleaning area is 38,750 sqft, so the cleaning area is 12,917 sqft/h.
This robot could operate 30 cm against the wall. Our safety distance is 30 cm.
The main cleaning function of the robot is scrubbing, the floor type we recommend customers to use is “hard-floor” type. Our robot is also with vacuuming function, but since the capacity of dust-bag is 1.5 liters and it’s mainly collecting dust, hair, and some small trash, we would like to share with you that our robot could provide best cleaning efficiency on hard-floor type.
Chemicals can damage our robot. We have one detergent that can be used. For normal floors we recommend just using water.
